Actually we are immersed in a deep crisis world that affects directly to shops. In spite of this situation, the people try to promote the consume by means of activities like "The White Night" made by san Cristobal de la Laguna Town Council. It was celebrated 24th of November and that day the shops was open all day. Furthermore it organized differents leisure activities distributed by the city. We could say the "Circo de los Horrores" like other leisure activity to promote the consume, for more information about this activity:

The vitolo friends

The VI edition of triangular vitolo friends is a traditional christmas event in Tenerife The appointment solidarity will be on 26^th  December, in the municipality the adeje. With vitolo (Panathinaikos fc), will participated other football players of world height: Pedro Rodriguez (fc Barcelona),Jeffren Suarez (Sporting de Lisboa) and Vicente del Bosque( seleccionador Spanish).
The entry will cost: 5 Euros adults and children 3 Euros .the profits will be destined to helping the little children ( Eidher, Juanito y Ainara).

The music is the art of combine sounds and the human voice with instruments and it can have different interpretations.
There are people who finds in the music a form of expression, is the case of groups , as for example in Carnival, the murgas, comparsas, rondallas, among others.
The groups have begun their preparation for this party. throughout the month of November, December and January will be carried out different presentations of costumes. 


 




In the Adan Martin Auditorium of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, we can enjoy the musical "The Beauty and The Beast”. We will find it in the island from 28th December to 06th January.

Environment

The small and tourist island of El Hierro has become in a main carácter since some months. Many earthquakes, which starts at the end of September, announced the creation of a volcano and a underwather eruptions registred from the 10th of October.
This erupción has caused that some marine species disappeared almos completely. Other consequence of this event is that shops has closed because go to fishing was imposible. This is due to the fumes of the eruption and that the Ficino has move away to this flace. Another aspect that has been affected is the tourism, an important element to the economy of the island.
In conclusion, this is another event of the climatic change, that little by little, is affecting to the world.

Last month there went out to the light a new that affected to the Canary population. The Canary government has reduced in 70 % the subsidies for canine hostels. this situation supposes the completely close of “Valle Colino”. The center count with 200 dogs and 50 cats and if doesn’t find persons who adopt them they will be sacrificed. Is carried out a solidarity campaign for eradicate this situatuon.
